From Europe to Africa, Australia to the Caribbean, I have experienced many countries. I always seem to stumble upon weddings no matter where I travel, and I am obsessed with how unions are celebrated across cultures.

Sophie didn’t just take photos at my wedding. Where to begin!!!! My husband and I discovered Sophie through some of our friends who had hired her for their wedding, and we were blown away with their photos!Sophie was very responsive and professional from the get-go, we met virtually for the first time and she was able to answer our (many) questions.We planned to have a destination wedding, and knowing Sophie had experience working abroad definitely gave us peace of mind. ⁠When my husband and I started planning our wedding we had a feeling it would be tough finding someone who was willing to be our photographer for a destination wedding, but then we met Sophie! ⁠ ⁠ Sophie jumped right in. Over lunch and margaritas (of course) we started discussing logistics and how it would work bringing a photographer with us for our trip and big day. ⁠ ⁠ Sophie was super enthusiastic about the wedding being down south and didn’t want us to worry about a thing surrounding pictures as she had it covered. Sophie did everything for us for the wedding. She captured the laughs, the tears, the fun and the beauty! When looking at the pictures, I truly don’t understand how she seemed to capture a single moment from so many angles. She must have been running around the room but was a friend by then and we didn’t even notice her running around! She literally helped at every stage; I’m sure she charge extra for the wedding planner title she took on so willfully. She helped guide us through everything and answered all our silly questions. For most people, this is the first time getting married and everything is new and confusing; she helped navigate us through everything and took absolutely stunning photos.
